10-1-5 Check the winch steel wire rope position
10-1-6 Check safety device
1. Slowly rotate the winch winding reel to
at least release a ring of steel wire rope. At the
same time check the released steel wire rope.
2. The steel wire rope must be uniformly
rolled on the winding reel.
3. The clearance among steel wire ropes must
equal about 0 to 2mm.
4. The intersection angle between steel
wire ropes each other is 180
°
(the upper layer
and the lower steel wire rope repeat at cross
point ).

When rotating the winch winding
reel, there is an accident risk.

Ensure that you and other personnel
are far away from the winding reel. If you
hold the winding reel, your finger and arm
may be squeezed between the winding reel
and winch bracket or be involved by the
winding steel.
●
When operating the crane, must use
the safety device and strictly prohibit the
bypass security device.
●
The defective safety device must
be repaired by Xuzhong customer service
professionals.
