Chapter 12

Inspection items

Crane operating mechanism

Pressure gauge:

1. Pointer movement is translation or not.

2. The connection is loose or not. 

Operating handle and pedal: 

1. The function.

2. Clearance.

Working light: 

1. On or not.

2. Whether there is any break.

3. Installation condition.

Arm end light:

1. On or not.

2. Installation condition. 

Outrigger mechanism

Outrigger lifting cylinder: 

1. Natural retraction in lifting operation. 

2. Natural decline in the course of driving. 

3. For oil leakage.

4. Function of

uid operated check valve. 

5. Pipe joint is loose or not. 

6. Noise and loose.

7. Outrigger plate for deformation and damage.

Fixed outrigger, movable outrigger box, outrigger horizontal cylinder:

1. For deformation and damage.
