For the Installer

2.4.10 Wood gasification boiler: Mount shaft for heating surface cleaning

lever

Note!

The heating surface cleaning lever can only be mounted on the left-hand side of the boiler.

Initially, install only the shaft and the short lever; the side panel has to be mounted first and then
the complete cleaning lever can be assembled (section 2.4.20).

– Connect both shaft components (Fig. 34) and push the pointed side of the shaft into the rod axle – Fig. 35.

– Screw the shorter lever to the shaft using a hexagon screw M8x16 and a U-washer 8 – Fig. 36.
