▪
VSP Pump Speed Adjust
: Use this parameter to adjust the voltage
signal to achieve the desired pump speed. For example, setting to 110% will
change the signal from 5.0V to 5.5V. (Range: 80 to 120%)
▪
VSP Pump Off Delay
: Specify the time delay after the unit stops firing
before shutting the pump off. (Range: 1 to 600 secs.)
▪
VSP Pump Output
: The voltage signal sent to the pump (read-only).
▪
VSP Pump Relay
: Displays if pump is On or Off
o
The following parameters appear only if
VSP Pump Mode
=
Fire Rate
:
▪
VSP Piping Configuration
: Depending on the configuration of the plant,
choose either
1 Pump Per Blr
or
1 Pump Per Plnt
.
▪
Boiler Plant Size
: Specify how many boilers are in the plant.
(Range: 1 to 16)
▪
Plant VSP Pump min spd
: Specify the voltage that will drive the pump
at its
minimum
speed. (Range 0 to 10.0 V)
▪
Plant VSP Pump max spd
: Specify the voltage that will drive the pump
at its
maximum
speed. (Range 0 to 10.0 V)
▪
Rem Blr VS Pump Add
: Specify the address of the boiler to which the
variable speed pump is connected. (Range: 1 to 16)
o
The following parameters appear only if
VSP Pump Mode
=
Return Temp
:
▪
VSP Pump Decrease
: Specify the amount the voltage signal will
increase/decrease for every
VSP Pump Decr Time
interval.
(Range: 0 to 100%)
▪
VSP Pump Decr Time
: Specify the interval at which the
VSP Pump
Decrease
signal is sent to the pump. (Range: 1 to 600 secs.)
▪
VSP Pump Incr Time
: Specify the amount of time for voltage signal to
the pump will reach full speed when Setpoint Limiting or High Temperature
occurs; this overrides VSP Pump Decrease and VSP Pump Decr Time.
When Setpoint Limiting or High Temperature condition ends, the VSP Pump
Decrease and VSP Pump Decr Time resumes. (Range: 1 to 600 secs.)
6.3.2 Cascade Communication
The
Cascade Communication
screen allows you to modify individual communication
parameters.
NOTES
:
•
This screen is available only after BST functionality has been enabled (see the
Unit Mode
parameter in
). If the unit is configured as a
BST
Manager
, its parameters apply to this unit and all
BST Client
units.
•
Some parameters on this screen also appear in
EZ Setup
(see Section 2). While EZ Setup
is designed to walk you through the full configuring of a unit, this screen allows you modify
individual parameters, as needed.
