Process Gas Flow Procedure 

 

8.5.1 Start Process Gas Flow

 

 

Verify that the source for the valve manifold box is prepared to 
supply process gas.  Verify that the downstream equipment is 
prepared to receive process gas. 

 

1.

 

Touch anywhere on the graphics portion of the screen and 
enter the password. 

 

2.

 

Using the dropdown menu on the Main Menu screen, 
highlight the process line you want to operate. 

 

3.

 

From the Main Menu, select "START PROCESS". 

 

4.

 

Follow any prompted manual steps on the screen. 

 

5.

 

The appropriate valve will open (valve 2-1 for Line 1), 

dashed line will show the 
path of gas flow and the 
Line status box will 
display "PROCESS". See 
the screen to the 
right for an example of 
process gas flow through 
Line 1.
