4.

From the Main Menu, select "START
FLOW PURGE”.

5.

"FLOW PURGE" will appear in the
appropriate Line status box at the top of the
screen.

6.

Follow any prompted manual steps on the
screen.

7.

The flow through purge will continue until the
operator initiates "STOP FLOW PURGE".

8.

Touch anywhere on the graphics portion of the screen and
enter the password to obtain the Main Menu.

9.

Select appropriate process line using the dropdown menu.

10.

Select "STOP FLOW PURGE".

11.

When the Flow Purge has been completed for the
customer's required time duration, the concentration of
hazardous gas has been reduced to safe levels for
maintenance activities.

12.

Monitor residual gas concentration before starting
maintenance activities.
