3.1.4. Unit Dismantling and Re-assembly
1. Unit dismantling
1. Turn off system power switch and PC
power switch.
2. Open the top cover.
3. Push over upper chassis gently.
(Fig. 3-5)
Remove fixing screws on the right
and left side panels in advance.
Confirm the click sound when a
stay is fixed.
4. Remove front panel first and then
upper panel.
Refer to the chapter 1, page1-5.
5. Remove a sample tray if still there.
6. Disconnect the following connectors.
J4101 J4102 J4103 J4104
J7013
7. Loosen and remove three unit fixing
screws.
8. Hold the upper part of case and lift up
the unit to remove.
2. Assembling
Assembling procedure is the reverse of the above.
3. Cautions
1) Electric power should be off before the maintenance.
If connecting or disconnecting while power is ON,
electronic parts may be damaged by electric shock.
2) Sample probe should be moved to the cuvette position.
The probe may be distorted if touched.
