3. When breaking down of this board

When this PCB is broken down, one or more of the following phenomena may occur.

1. Sample tray (STF) motion failure occurs.

Note In case that STF motor, sensor, encoder, or mother driver has trouble,

STF motion failure may occur. Checking is necessary.

Sample tray number reading failure occurs.

Note

In case that ID sensor of STF has trouble, sample tray number reading

failure may occur. Checking is necessary.

Sample probe (STM) motion failure occurs.

Note

In case that STM motor, sensor, encoder or motor driver has trouble,

STM motion failure may occur.

Mixing pump (MP) won’t rotate.

Note

In case that MP motor or motor driver has trouble, MP motion failure

may occur.

Motion failure of SP 1 (Sample pump for washing) occurs.

Note

In case that SP 1 motor sensor or motor driver has trouble, SP 1 motion

failure may occur.

Motion failure of SP 2 (Sample pump for sample) occurs.

Note

In case that SP 2 motor sensor or motor driver has trouble, SP 2 motion

failure may occur.
