2. Assembling

Assembling procedure is the reverse of the above.

3. Cautions

Electric power should be off before the maintenance.

If connecting or disconnecting while power is ON,

electronic parts may be damaged by electric shock.

Do not hold STM arm when lifting up the unit.

- The probe may be distorted if touched.

When removing M6 joint, wipe off the water flown from tube, before

moving the tube to the bottom of unit.

- If water is carried into STM section, electric parts such as sensors

may be damaged.
