3.7.3. Unit Dismantling and Re-assembly

1. Unit dismantling

Turn off system power source and PC

power switch.

Open top cover and push over upper

chassis gently to give a tilt.

- Make sure to remove fixing screws

on left and right panels in advance.

- Confirm the “click” sound made by

a stay when fixed.

Remove front panel first, and then

upper panel.

- Refer to Chapter 1, page 1-5.

Remove the plate.

Holding RTM arm, rotate and move it

to reagent tray.

Remove cuvette covers (two).

After taking off nut fixing nozzle plate

of reaction cuvette washing

mechanism, remove nozzle plate.

- Put removed nozzle plate nearby
lightly with piping as it is.
