5.5 Setting Up the Hardware
This section describes how to set up the hardware and provides
information about the device connectors and cables.
5.5.1 System Arrangement
The device is part of the Vanquish system. The system modules are
typically arranged in a system stack, with the arrangement depending on
the system configuration.
The following illustrations show configurations with a single
fluorescence detector, and with a fluorescence detector as a second
detector on top of a UV/VIS detector.
TIP
Due to the pressure limit of the flow cell, the fluorescence detector
should be the last module in the fluidic path whenever possible.
