must be 2.5–3.5 x that of 100 μl.)

Calibration for the wash head is saved and it becomes the active

calibration.

Verify the new performance by dispensing a plate, for example, with
300 μl. Tare weigh the plate, dispense and measure the weight to
determine the actual dispensed volume.
