Standard Curve Test Menu

Orion AquaMate Spectrophotometer User Manual

Thermo Scientific

Press the Save Test function key and follow the onscreen prompts to save the test.

Measuring Standards for a Standard Curve

Once the parameters have been set for the standard curve:
1.

Press the Run Standards function key.

Prepare the blank and standards that will be used to create the standard curve.

If Auto 6 or Auto 3 is selected for the Sample Positioner setting:

Place the blank and standards in the appropriate positions on the carousel.

For each standard, use the numeric keypad to enter the concentration of the standard
and press the enter key to save the value.

Press the Measure Standard function key. Confirm that the blank and standards are
in the appropriate positions on the carousel and press the enter key.

If Manual 6 or Single Cell Holder is selected for the Sample Positioner setting:

For each standard, use the numeric keypad to enter the concentration of the standard
and press the enter key to save the value.
