Mask change pulse(CP) generation for TxA analog. The mask
signals are used when synchronized CP generation is
required on a particular change.Only the one used for
synchronization needs to be unmasked. With such a
configuration only a write to the register will cause change
pulse generation. Mask registers apply even during gain swap.
