Measure the resistance between the pin that is closest to the LED (pin 1) and pin 2, next to it.

If the resistance measurements are within the ranges described above, measure them again while
very gently moving the wire to look for intermittent connections.

If either of the resistance measurements is outside of the range described above, replace the touch
screen.
