CRANKCASE

• Remove the left crankcase bolts.

• Remove the right crankcase bolt.

• Separate the crankcase with the special tool.

09920-13120: Crankcase and shaft remover

NOTE:
* Fit the crankcase separating tool, so that the tool arms are in

parallel with the side of crankcase.

* The crankshaft component should remain in the left crankcase

half.

• Remove the dowel pins

KICK

• Remove the kick starter drive gear

and washer
