• Install the pad spring

• Install the brake pads

• Temporarily tighten the brake pad mounting pin bolts

CALIPER INSTALLATION

Install the caliper in the reverse order of removal. Pay attention
to the following points:

• Tighten the brake caliper mounting bolts

 to the specified

torque.

Brake caliper mounting bolt: 25.5 N·m (2.55 kgf-m)

• Tighten the brake pad mounting pin bolts

 to the specified

torque.

Brake pad mounting pin bolt: 17.5 N·m (1.75 kgf-m)

• Install the brake hose union bolt

 with the front brake hose

washers

• With the hose and washer contacted to the stopper

the brake hose union bolt

 to the specified torque.

Brake hose union bolt: 22.5 N·m (2.25 kgf-m)
