REASSEMBLY

Reassemble and install the steering in the reverse order of
removal and disassembly. Pay attention to the following points:

• Press fit the upper and lower bearing outer races with the

special tool.

&

• Press fit the lower bearing inner race

 with the special tools.

&

09940-51710: Bearing installer

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE

 

“A” to the upper and lower

bearing outer races.

• Install the steel balls.

INSTALLATION

• Install the dust cover
