MAGNETO ROTOR

Remove magneto cover bolts and detach

magneto cover.

Loosen and remove the starter motor mounting

bolts.

Take off the starter motor.

Remove the starter idle gear.

Remove magneto rotor nut.

Rotor holder

NOTE:
Do not allow camshaft drive chain to be
caught between crankcase and camshaft
drive sprocket.
