9. PROBLEMS / CAUSES / SOLUTIONS
PROBLEM
No controls work when the console main switch is operated.
CAUSES
1)
Power plug is not connected.
2) There is no voltage from the generator unit.
SOLUTIONS
1)
Correctly insert the plug into the power socket.
2) Restore the correct operation of the generator.
PROBLEM
Carriage translation hydraulic controls do not work when the console main switch is operated.
CAUSES
1)
The thermal magnetic switch that protects the control unit motor was activated.
2) The oil in the control unit tank is not sufficient.
SOLUTIONS
1)
Restore the thermal magnetic switch by pressing the relevant button.
2) Top up following the instructions in paragraph “ORDINARY MAINTENANCE”.
PROBLEM
The spindle rotation control does not work when the console main switch is operated.
CAUSES
1)
The thermal magnetic switch that protects the spindle motor was activated.
SOLUTIONS
1)
Restore the thermal magnetic switch by pressing the relevant button.
PROBLEM
The generator unit cannot be started
CAUSES
1)
The battery is discharged
2) The fuel in the tank is exhausted
SOLUTIONS
1)
Replace the battery
2) Refuel with diesel.
