How to USE
1) Execute
”ServiceToolsLauncher.exe” in the same folder as
that of expanded service tool.
* Library may have not been installed if the execution failed.
Refer to “How to install Service Tool” and install the library.
* In case “User Account Control” window appears, click on
“Allow”.
2) Once the service tool is activated, click on necessary key and
start necessary operation.

Reads/writes the serial number of a
monitor.

Reads/writes the Usage Time of a
monitor.

Reads/writes the model name.

Value Reads/writes the user data of this
machine.
InfoDisp Report
InfoDisp Report
Read system log and temperature log.
Network Updater
Write firmware in the display by network
Copy Update files
Copy the file for updating the firmware to
the USB flash drive.
White Balance
Read/Write white balance settings of the
display.
Gamma
Used to read/write the gamma setting of
this machine.
Test Pattern
Used to display the test pattern for the
image quality control.
Flicker Adjustment
Used to adjust flickers.
Touch Panel
Calibration
Used to adjust the touching positions
when replacing the Touch panel unit.
Sensor checker
Check the cut-line or the short-circuit of
the harness and the sensor when there is
a problem with touching.

Redistributable (x86). Whe this is not
installed, install this at the beginning of
the operation.

Controlling the Monitor with a PC
To use ”ServiceToolsLauncher.exe”, there are two kinds of
following procedures.
1.Connect the RS-232C conversion cable (supplied) to the
RS-232C input terminal on the monitor. Connect the RS-232C
conversion cable (supplied) to the COM port (RS-232C port) on
your computer with an RS-232 cable (straight).
2. Your monitor can be connected to a LAN allowing you to control
it from a PC on the LAN. You can also configure the monitor to
send e-mail notification when it has a problem. The connection
requires a commercially available LAN cable (UTP cable,
Category 5, straight through).
3) Communication setting and ID setting.
