10. TOUCH PANEL ABNORMALITY
It is possible to touch with finger
but the pen is not functional.

Check that the Multi touch mode is valid.
* Note that the Windows Vista does not
support the Multi touc mode.
Check the OS of the PC.

Are the Video output and the USB cabe connected to the
same place?
Does the PC detect the touch panel?
Perform the calibration.
Set the touch panel setting to valid.

Replace the USB cable.
Clean the screen.
After cleaning the screen, turn OFF and ON
the monitor.
