The format of the setting names for these variables is as follows:

Timers S

DO have a setting range of about 4.63 hours:

0.00 through 999999.00 cycles in 0.125-cycle increments

The two types of variables are discussed in the following paragraphs.

Variables/Timers

Figure 4.3

shows the logic for the variables and timers. A SEL

equation defines the variable S

. When this equation is true, the Relay

Word bit S

is asserted. If S

remains true for the length of the

PU setting, in cycles, the timer output asserts the Relay Word bit
