The top jaws must be adjusted so that they are inside the non-
widened seal in the "CLOSED" gripper condition. Depending on the
ovality of the seal, there must be a sufficient safety distance at the
transfer point (dimension v) between the seal and the top jaws.
Moreover, the segment jaws must not collide in the "CLOSED"
gripper condition, i.e. a second safety distance (dimension w) must
be observed between the segment jaws.
NOTE
It must be checked whether the stroke of triple jaw A and triple
jaw B is adjusted so that the top jaws of the gripper do not
overstretch the seal in the opened condition!
• Open up the top jaws of the gripper without the seal!
