METHOD
Make a soft dough of all the ingredients except
oil/butter/ghee for cooking. Make medium-sized balls.
Roll out into chapatis of medium thickness. Grease a
microwave-proof plate with butter. Place missi roti in
it. Microwave on HIGH for about 12–14 minutes. Turn
and apply butter every 5 minutes. Serve hot.
