overturning of the tractor caus-

We at RK Tractors and your RK
Tractor store wants you to be com-
pletely satisfied with your invest-
ment. Normally any problems with
your equipment will be handled by
your RK Tractors/Distributor’s Ser-
vice Departments, however, misun-
derstanding can occur. If you feel
that your problem has not been han-
dled to your satisfaction, we suggest
the following.
Contact the owner or General Man-
ager of the Dealership, explain the
problem, and request assistance.
When additional assistance is need-
ed, Your RK Tractors/Distributor has
direct access to your office. If you
cannot obtain satisfaction by doing
this, contact the RK Tractors Office
and provide them with;


Model and tractor serial number

RK Tractors/Distributor Name &
Address

Machine purchase date and Hours
used

Nature of problem
Before contacting RK Tractors of-
fice, be aware that your problem will
likely to be resolved in the Dealer-
ship using the RK Tractors’s/Distrib-
utor’s facilities, equipment and per-
sonnel. So it is important that your
initial contact be with the RK Trac-
tors/Distributor.
