checking and changing

FrOnt axle Oil

(1) Inspection

①

Pull out the dipstick, wipe

its tip and insert it again.

Then, pull it out and check

that the oil level is between

the upper and lower limits.

②

If insufficient, add oil.

►

If transmission fluid gets on

your skin, it can irritate the skin

and cause a skin condition.

Make sure to clean your skin

with soap and water or hand

cleaner thoroughly.

THF 80W
(API GL- Grade, Gear Oil 80W)

Do not add fluid over the upper

limit level.

Check the fluid before starting

the engine or at least in 5 min-

utes after the engine is stopped.
When trying to use new fluid

from a different manufacturer

or fluid with different viscosity,

drain used fluid completely be-

fore adding new fluid.
