The bill changer doesn't respond to the test switches because one of the TEST switch
inputs to the computer is, or was, showing an incorrect signal.
Press the FUNCTION button. Does the message reappear?
Check for an intermittent short to Ground
on the R/W, V/W, and BR/W wires from P4
and P5 to the power control center. Check
the wiring inside the power control center
from P204 to the power supply circuit
board.
NO
Possible defective power supply board or
CCC.
IF OK
Check for a short on R/W, V/W, and BR/W
wires from the CCC to Ground.
YES
YES
Remove the Y/W wire from P5 and the R/W,
BR/W wires from P4 to the CCC. Push the
FUNCTION button. Does the code
reappear?
YES
Replace the CCC.
NO
Replace the power
supply board.
