5. Check that the spring wire on the door is properly positioned by leaving the upper bill box unlatched (let the
bill box stick out approximately 2 ½ inches). Slowly close the door and verify that the spring wire (B) pushes
the upper bill box into the latched position (see Figure 3-15) .
6. If the upper bill box does not push into the latched position, bend the spring wire out far enough to ensure that
the spring wire pushes the upper bill box in far enough to allow the bail wire to fall and latch the bill box in place
when the door is closed (the bail wire
C falls to the position shown in Figure 3-15 ).
