Operator Management
5. Click the operator name shown to the
right of “Operator”, then click “Add
New Operator” from the displayed
Operators list.

Right-click on the operator name to change the display.
6. Type a login ID of not more than 8 letters / fi gures into the “Login name” space.
7. If required, input a “Full name” in up to a maximum of 30 letters / fi gures. If this
is not entered, an assumed “Login name” will be set.
8. Check the left hand side of the “Operator Management” from “Permitted Manage-
ment Tasks”. For other task items, check when required then set access authoriza-
tion accordingly.

9. Click the “Set” button.
10. Click the “Quit” button.
Note
The login name and the password provided by RION are com-
mon to all KL-04 products. We recommend that you change the
password and the login name provided by RION after registering
an operator who has the “Operator Management” access autho-
rization. This is to avoid a login by a third party. See page 38 for
the “Password Registration and Change”.
