5. While pressing the syringe lightly with one hand, remove the fi xing crew on the

lower side of the syringe with the other hand.

6. While pressing the syringe lightly with one hand, lower the syringe outer chamber by

turning it left with the other hand. The syringe will be removed from the valve.

7. While immersing the end of a new syringe in water, pull the plunger.
