Useful Tools

Hide Window During Capture:

This enables the user to hide the “TkSnapshot (Version 0.31)” window

after clicking the “Snap” button until the screen image is actually

captured. The “TkSnapshot (Version 0.31)” window reappears once

the screen image is captured.

Snap button: To capture screen images.

View button: To view a screen image captured immediately before.

The TkSnapshot - Save Window

Current Directory:

This is to input a screen image store location.

The initial entry of the store location is /home/<Login Name>/tmp.

Save as:

This is to input a fi le name to attach to a screen image. Input the exten-

sion for the stored screen image when using a system which recognizes

fi le names with extensions such as Microsoft Windows.
