Calibration
Maximum Concentration (/mL):
This sets the maximum number concentration of the calibration
suspension.
The allowable setting range is between 101 to 10000 particles / mL
(1 particle / mL step).
Half-Count Method:
Select the Half-Count Calculation method.
JP: This is the calculation method stipulated in the
Japanese Pharmacopeia.
USP: This is the calculation method stipulated in the
United States Pharmacopeia.
Adaptive: This is the calculation method stipulated by RION
Co., Ltd.
“Set” button:
Click after setting the PSL size for the calibration particles. The
“Add New PSL” window closes, then a PSL size list is added to the
“PSL” list.
“Edit” button: Use this to change the particle sizes or Maximum Concentration set-
ting. Select a required PSL size from the “PSL” list to edit.
Click to display the “Edit PSL Parameter” window.
Note
The settings for the “Edit PSL Parameter” window are the same
as the ones for the “Add New PSL” window. See the explanation of
the previous “Add New PSL” window for further setting details.
“Delete” button:
Use this to delete the PSL size for the Calibration.
Select the PSL size from the “PSL” list to be deleted. Click the PSL
size to delete.
Effective Period:
Select the specifi c Effective Period for the particle data.
The allowable setting range is between 1 to 9999 days.
