Export the measured data
3. When a non-formatted fl oppy disk is inserted, press the “Floppy” button to select
a disk, then select “Format a Floppy Disk” from the list of operations.
When an already formatted fl oppy disk is inserted, skip steps 3 to 4 of the process
and move on to No. 5.
A Confi rmation message appears.
4. Click the “Yes, Format it” button from the confi rmation message. Format with a
PC-DOS format. Once the message disappears, the formatting is complete.
5. Select the Year & Month of the measured data which you wish to transfer from
the “Year & Month” list, and the measured date from the “Date” list. Select the
measured data from the “Measured Data” list. Multiple selection is available for
measured data obtained on the same day.
6. Press the “Floppy” button to select “Write Selected Data to Floppy Disk” from
the list of operations.
Once the export is completed, a message appears.
Note
File names will be automatically allocated to the transferred data
according to each measured date and these will be displayed on
the message. When multiple data with the same date are to be
transferred respectively, please prepare several separate fl oppy
disks to transfer them as all fi les have the same fi le names.
No extension is allocated to stored fi les.
Particle data will be stored as differential values.
7. Click the “Dismiss” button. Remove the fl oppy disk.
