Opening Help on a Macintosh

Help is useful for learning about what the various settings do and how to specify them.

On the [Apple] menu, click [System Preferences...], and then click the [Printers &
Scanners].

Select the printer you want to use, and then click [Open Print Queue...].

If you want to use a network printer, select the IP address or the host name of the printer.

On the [Help] menu, click the help showing your printer's name.
