BATCHING

Press the START operation button to start the batching, so the following screen is displayed:

Indication of batched 

weight and setpoint 

Batching 

reports

OPERATION KEYS

Batching stop command. Press this command to end the Batching procedure and 

return to the basic screen display. The stop command must be pressed for the time 

programmed in the “Timer stop dos.” Parameter, which can be set in the Batching 

parameters menu. The confirmation of the Batching stop operation is always re-

quested.
Batching pause command. The batching is temporarily suspended; to resume the 

batching, press the start button.

Stop control of the sequence of batching cycles. The current cycle is ended and the 

batching procedure is terminated.

Batching start command. Following a batching pause command or after a blackout, 

the batching is suspended or interrupted.

Alarm acknowledgment command. Following a batching alarm, this command 

allows to continue the batching in progress.
Confirmation command, it is managed in the following conditions:
•  During a "wait for confirmation" activity, to continue with the next step in the 

recipe, press the confirmation button.

•  During a "manual batching" activity, to confirm the weight loaded manually 

and to continue with the next step of the recipe it is necessary to press the 

confirmation key.

•  At the beginning of a total unloading activity, in case of "end batching mode" 

parameter = CONFIRMATION. In this condition the dosed net weight is displa-

yed (in the area dedicated to the display of the batching set), to activate the 

discharge output, it is necessary to press the confirmation key.
