Fitting Remake

Fitting Removal - Before the nut is tightened with a wrench

1. Place the fitting nut to original position as if the spacer tab has not been removed.

2. Pull tubing from fitting.

Inserted

Pull tube out

Fitting Removal - After the nut has been tightened with a wrench

1.

Remove fitting nut with tubing. Remove polymer jacket 3 inches behind the nut. Cut the tubing 4 corrugations
behind the fitting nut using the Parflex cutter.

2.

When tubing is cut, push the short piece of tubing through the fitting nut and discard.

3.

Tighten the fitting nut to spacer tab setting. Reassemble the nut to the body and reuse using assembly
instructions.
