User Data Port

– up(1) – Port is assigned

(cross connected) to a T1
interface and both CTS
and DSR are ON

– down(2) – Port is

unassigned or either CTS
or DSR are OFF

– testing(3) – Test active

Network T1 Interface

– up(1) – No alarms

– down(2) – Alarms
