3-2. Checking a unit where slave unit is installed which has produced an error

 

When you check on which unit where slave unit is installed, a unit has an error such as verification error 
or system error, set the higher 8 bits of DT9131(DT90131) to "01H". 
 
At this time, the special data registers DT9132(DT90132) to DT9133(DT90133) will be as follows. 
 

 

 
 The bits corresponding to the slave station number where the error is being produced will be "1". 
 
[Example] 
When DT9131(DT90131) is "0101H" and DT9133(DT90133) is "2H", it indicates that the slave station 
number 18 of master 2 has an error.("2H" = "00000000 00000010"; Bit 1 (No. 18) = "1") 
 
 

 Note: 

The item No. 3-2 cannot be checked with the I/O terminal board, I/O terminal unit or I/O link unit.
