Execution:
"n" words of data starting with the address "S2" in the memory of the advanced unit specified by "S1",
will be stored in the area of teh CPU specified by "D".
The special relays and special data register are used for reading data from the memory in order to check
the execution status due to the following reasons. While a memory access instruction is being executed,
this instruction cannot be executed.The read data receive request is executed only by this
instruction.The read operation will be executed when the end(ED) instruction is executed.

Flag operation
In the following cases, the error flags (R9007, R9008) will turn on.
1) When the data specified by S1+1 and S1 exceeds the limit.
2) When there is no master station.
3) When an address modifier error occurs.
4) When the read area exceeds the limit.
