Note 1) The EX5V is connected with the terminal No. 1 of the connector X6 (E5V).
The power supply that can be supplied from EX5V and E5V of X6 is 5 V ± 5% 300 mA MAX.
If you are using an feedback scale with more current consumption,
please prepare the feedback power supply by the customer.
Also, some feedback scale may take time to initialize after turning on the power.
In that case, it is possible to adjust by adjusting the power-on wait time which is the function
of the servo driver.For details, refer to "Technical
Reference

Note 2) If the feedback scale is driven by an external power supply, leave the EX 5 V pin open so that no voltage is
supplied to this pin from the outside.
Note 3) The EX0V of the feedback scale power supply output is connected with the terminal No. 2 of the connector
X6 (E0V) and control circuit ground of the connector X4 .
Note 4) Up to 4 Mpps can be received with A / B phase multiplied by 4. However, please note that if the duty ratio
of the scale input signal waveform is not 50%, it may not be able to be read normally.
