The A/B signal at less than or equal to the maximum output frequency 4 Mbps are available.
Please use under the following conditions.
At negative direction
At positive direction
B phase advances 90 deg. from the A-phase
t1 t2 t3 t4> 0.25 µs
T > 1.0 µs
Internal signal of servo driver
A phase advances 90 deg. from the B-phase
t1 t2 t3 t4> 0.25 µs
T > 1.0 µs
Internal signal of servo driver
Please note that if the duty ratio of the scale input signal waveform is not 50%,
it may not be able to be read normally
