TTL positive shutdown or turn on
By using TTL signal, you can control the power supply's output On/OFF.When the TTL signal
is hign, output is on, on the contrary, if the TTL signal is low, output is off.

The factory default is set as local mode. If device is equipped with option, you should change
the setting and when you use this function, you can not use output key on the front panel.
ODA Techonologies provides total 5 type control included local m, so you must choose
