1.6 Labels and Symbols
To call attention to users, labels and indications are provided on the device. If labels are peeling off,
characters are fading, or otherwise becoming illegible, contact NIDEK or your authorized distributor.
Indicates that the operator is advised to refer to the related instructions in the
operator’s manual.
Indicates that caution needs to be taken.
Indicates that the degree of protection against electric shock is of a Type B Applied
Part.

Indicates the state of the power switch. If this symbol side of the switch is pressed
down, power is not supplied to the device.
