Calibration Curve Setting
Set a judgment standard for the quality of a calibration curve.
The ABS value corresponding to 10 ng or 500 ng is calculated backward using a
prepared calibration curve, and a deviation from a setting value is used to judge whether
the calibration curve is good or bad.
 ABS Value of Calibration Curve Test
Set reference values of HEIGHT and AREA for each measurement range. Enter the
median of 10 ng for the LOW range, and enter that of 500 ng for the HIGH range.
* There is an individual difference in the instrument sensitivity, and there is some
gap in the value set when the software is installed.

 Deviation for Judgment of Calibration Curve
If the deviation of a backward calculation value from a setting value is out of this
range, the calibration curve formula will turn red and a warning will appear.
* The blue line shown in the calibration graph is the calibration curve produced
from the ABS of “Standard ABS Value”. (standard calibration curve)
* Take care because the calibration curve judgment is not carried out when “0” is
entered.
* When the “Reset” button is clicked, the setup at the time of the shipment from the
factory is restored.
