The number of displayed peak profiles is set for each of standard samples and unknown
samples.

Maintenance Screen
The flow rate is adjusted and whether the clogging of a valve or a leak has occurred is
checked.
Click , and the following screen will appear.
Click the “NEXT” button, and the leak check will start.
For the operational procedure, refer to “6.6.1 Leak Check” in the later part of this
document.
Item Standard Measures (Against NG)
Flow Adjust
The range of 0.18 to 0.22 L/min. is
kept for 20 sec.
Adjust the flow rate using the flow
adjustment valve. Flow rate can’t
be adjusted with the flow
adjustment valve, please refer to
“6.6.1 Leak Check”.
V1 V2 Close
The flow rate becomes 0.05
L/min. or less within 20 sec. from
the start of the flow rate check.
* The flow rate check starts after
10 sec.
Make sure whether or not the cap
of the drain bottle has been
closed.
V1 Open
The flow rate is 0.18 to 0.22
L/min. 10 sec. after the start of the
flow rate check.
* The flow rate check starts after
10 sec.
The V1 may be clogged.
Replace the valve V1.
V2 Open
The flow rate is 0.18 to 0.22
L/min. 10 sec. after the start of the
flow rate check.
* The flow rate check starts after
10 sec.
The V2 may be clogged.
Replace the valve V2.
V3 Open
Is the humidification bottle
bubbling?
Make sure whether the inlet has
been closed or not and whether
any pipe has been disconnected
or not.
