If there is dust on the filter of backside fan, turn off the instrument after the cooling.
Then clean the filter by using a vacuum cleaner. (Do not take off the filter.)
* Do not apply strong force to the filter.
If it is deformed, it may touch the fan in the rear.
* When the heating is started, please wait until the following window disappears
for the stabilization of optical system and heater temperature.
Warning
 Take care that there is no dust on the filter of the fan in the rear.
If the filter is clogged, it will cause the abnormal temperature rise
of the instrument, which is very dangerous.
 When cleaning the filter of the fan in the rear, make sure that the
instrument has been cooled sufficiently.
Otherwise, you may get burned.
Caution
The inlet is locked during the self check.
Do not open the inlet while it is locked.
The inlet can be damaged.
The self diagnostics of the instrument is carried out before starting a measurement.

document.
