4.4.5.1. 

Standard Gas 

1) 

Connect the collector tube as shown below. 

* 

Be cautious about where the activated carbon case 

is connected. 

Connect the tubes such that the connector 

marked ”IN” becomes the upstream side. 

 

2) 

Set the pump flow rate to 0.5L/min. 

3)  Set the operation time of the pump to 2 minutes. 

4) 

Start the pump operation. 

5)  While the pump is in operation, inject the standard gas from MB-1 into the septum. 

6) 

Create the calibration curve by changing the amount of standard gas injection for each 

collector tube.
