Warning

 

 

When touching the instrument for maintenance, make sure that it 

has been cooled sufficiently. 

When touching, put on protectors such as heat-resistant gloves. 

Otherwise, you may get burned. 

 

Disconnect the power cable from the instrument before 

maintenance work. 

Otherwise, an electric shock or a failure caused by a short circuit 

may result. 

 

If “NG” is displayed for the V3 opening check in the leak check and the valve V3 may 

be clogged, replace it. 

(1) 

Remove the connector of the valve V3. 

(2) 

Loosen the screws of the plate fixing the PharMed tubes, and remove the plate 

and PharMed tubes from the valve. 

 

 

(3) 

Replace the valve and attach the components in the procedure reverse to that for 

the removal.
