Warning
 When touching the instrument for maintenance, make sure that it
has been cooled sufficiently.
When touching, put on protectors such as heat-resistant gloves.
Otherwise, you may get burned.
 Disconnect the power cable from the instrument before
maintenance work.
Otherwise, an electric shock or a failure caused by a short circuit
may result.
When instructions to replace the activated carbon filter are displayed concerning the
GLP counter, replace the activated carbon filter.

Disconnect the connector of the air pump.
(2)
Disconnect the tubes connected to the activated carbon filter.
When the tube is pulled while pushing the one-touch joint by hand, the tube is
pulled out.
(3)
Loosen the two screws of the fixtures of the activated carbon filter, and remove the
activated carbon filter.
(4)
Replace the activated carbon filter and then attach the components in the
procedure reverse to that for the removal.
* Care about the direction of the activated carbon filter.
Attach the activated carbon filter while caring about its seal on which “MRU” has
been written.
(5)
When the activated carbon filter has been replaced with a new one, clear
“Adsorbed Hg [mg]” of the GLP counter.
